• I hereby affirm that I am in good physical and stable mental condition. I do not suffer from any physical or mental disability that would prevent or limit my participation in this retreat. 

• I fully understand that Vena Crichlow and/or contractors of The Grown Ass Mama Tour, LLC, hereinafter collectively referred to as ("GAMT") will be facilitating classes and workshops that may include recommendations on dealing with health, medical issues, emotional well-being, and spirituality. 

• I further understand that any information disseminated, either written or verbally, from GAMT is not meant to replace, override, or intentionally contradict any advice I have received in the past, presently or in the future from a medical professional, licensed therapist, or legal representative. 

• I have made my own determination as to whether or not I am able to physically, emotionally, mentally, and psychologically safely participate in any and all activities presented during this event, and I have consulted professionals of my choosing to clear me in any necessary instance. 

• I agree to assume all risks of using GAMT’s advice and suggestions, and hereby release and hold harmless (GAMT), their officers, agents, representatives, and employees from any liability, now or in the future, however caused, occurring during or after my participation in this retreat's activities, classes, excursions, or workshops. 

• I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in any physical activities, and I agree to assume all risks of such physical activity, and hereby release and hold harmless GAMT, their officers, agents, representatives, and employees, from any liability for, now or in the future, including but not limited to, heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls or tears, joint injuries, or soreness, however caused, occurring during or after my participation in said activities. I have made my own determination as to whether or not I am able to safely participate in any activity during this retreat and I have consulted medical professionals of my choosing to clear me in any necessary instance.

• Further, I for myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release GAMT, their instructors, contractors, representatives, agents and employees from any and all health claims, suits, losses, or causes of action for damages, for injury or death, including claims for negligence, arising out of or related to my participation in this retreat's activities, classes, excursions, or workshops.

• I will not hold GAMT, their instructors, presenters, contractors, representatives, agents or employees responsible for any harm or negligence caused by the staff, employees or representatives of the host location. I for myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release GAMT, their instructors, presenters, contractors, representatives, agents and employees from any and all health claims, suits, losses, or causes of action for damages, for injury or death, including claims for negligence, occurring on or around the property of the host location for any reason.

• I agree that any action, suit or proceeding relating to, arising out of or in connection with the terms, conditions and covenants of this Consent may be brought only in Fulton County in the state of Georgia in the United States of America. I hereby waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in any proceeding filed within the above referenced county in relation to this Consent.

• I have fully read and understand the effects of this Consent and Waiver, am fully aware of its terms and conditions and knowingly execute the same at my own free will and accord for the purposes and consideration set forth herein by checking below.

• I understand and agree that I must obtain a passport prior to departure. I agree that my passport will be valid for at least six (6) months after this tour ends. I will visit the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov for further information. I understand that if I am a non-US citizen, I will need to contact the embassy or consulate of Morocco to ensure I meet specific entry requirements. 

• I understand that I am responsible for my travel to and from Marrakech, Morocco (Airport Code: RAK).

• I understand that my flight must be scheduled to arrive no later than 12 pm, Wednesday, April 23. 2025 or ground transportation may not be available to me.

• Based on unknown and unpredictable factors, I understand there may be times when it becomes necessary to modify the retreat, the itinerary or cancel an outdoor excursion. In the event weather makes it impossible to travel between the airports or along the roads, I understand the airline may substitute another flight or alter the departure time, and ground transportation times may be altered.

• The terms and provisions of these Booking Conditions supersede any other warranties, representations, terms or conditions, unless they are expressly stated within a Booking Conditions Addendum or in a letter signed by GAMT.

• I have read, understand and agree to these booking conditions provided by Vena Crichlow of The Grown Ass Mama Tour, LLC.

PAYMENT PLAN

• Registrants paying a deposit will be responsible for paying the balance in equal installments on a monthly basis. The amount of the payment is based on the date the deposit is made. Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• I understand and agree that my tour balance must be paid in full by March 12, 2025 to avoid forfeiture of my trip and all funds paid. I further understand and agree that if I do not complete all of the installments, I forfeit all fees paid unless I transfer my trip to a new registrant that completes the payment(s) in full. *Deposits are non-transferable.

• I understand and agree that a service fee of 4% will be added to the advertised cost if deposits and/or invoices are paid by credit card.

• In the case of natural disaster or international travel advisory causing cancellation of the retreat, 100% of the cost of the retreat minus the deposit and fees will be refunded. In the event that less than five (5) participants register by December 1, 2024, the retreat will be canceled and a full refund will be given to all registrants, less administrative fees not to exceed $100, within 30 business days of cancellation. 

• Paid registrations or partial registrations may be transferred to non-registered attendees, minus the deposit.

• I have read, understand, and agree to the payment plan presented by Vena Crichlow of The Grown Ass Mama Tour, LLC.   

• I hereby grant to Vena Crichlow and The Grown Ass Mama Tour, LLC, hereinafter collectively referred to as ("GAMT"), all assigns, and those persons acting with GAMT's authority and permission, the right to take and create photographs/ videos and other still and/or moving images, (in all formats) and other graphical depictions incorporating my likeness, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter created (the “Content”).                   

• I hereby agree that all rights in and to the Content, including the copyright, are and shall remain the sole property of GAMT, free and clear from any claims by me or anyone acting on my behalf. GAMT’s rights include, but are not limited to, the rights, in perpetuity, to: Use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the Content; Alter, modify or otherwise change the Content in any manner GAMT desires; Combine the Content with textual matter and/or with other pictures and/ or media; and, Use the Content for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, publishing, or any other purpose whatsoever.

• I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless GAMT, their heirs, legal representatives and assigns, and all persons acting under GAMT's authority or those for whom he/she is acting, from any liability by virtue of any use of the Content or any changes or alterations made thereto.

• I hereby warrant that I am of full legal age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
