Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Belize

Morning:

  • Arrive by 2 pm in San Pedro, Belize. Transfer from Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye by a short flight .

  • Check into your room in a private villa on the sea.

​Afternoon:

  • Enjoy lunch at the villa.

  • Relax by the pool or on the beach.

Evening:

  • Dinner at Elvi’s Kitchen for a taste of local Belizean cuisine.

  • Explore the town of San Pedro, visit local shops, and get a feel of the island.

Day 2: Relax, Rest and Recharge

Morning:

  • Breakfast at the villa.

  • Gentle movement and morning meditation.

  • Individual massage by the sea.

Afternoon:​

  • Relax on the beach or by the pool at the villa.

  • Explore the town of San Pedro, visit local shops, and get a feel of the island at your leisure.

  • Lunch on your own

Evening:​

  • Dinner at Palmilla Restaurant at Victoria House, offering fine dining with a tropical ambiance.

Day 3: Day Trip to Xunantunich Mayan Temple

Early Morning:

  • Breakfast in San Pedro town.

  • Local flight to Belize City.

  • Travel in an air conditioned van along the George Price Highway to Cayo, where the Mayan temples* are located  .​

  • Enjoy a guided tour of the beautiful Mayan site of Xunantunich.

​Afternoon:

  • Enjoy a traditional Belizean lunch (vegetarian/vegan options available)

  • Travel to Belize City for your flight back to San Pedro.

Evening:

  • Relax by the beach, at the villa or explore the nightlife in San Pedro town.

  • Dinner on your own

*To reach the temples, you will have to climb steep stairs. However, there is plenty to see without climbing/walking as much.

Day 4: Catamaran Cruise

Morning & Afternoon

  • Breakfast at the villa

  • Enjoy Mother's Day on a full-day private cruise/ snorkeling trip . Marvel at the underwater wonders of Belize. (snorkeling is optional)

  • Lunch at sea.

Evening:

  • Return to San Pedro in the late afternoon.

  • Dinner at the villa with a mix of international and local dishes.

​

Day 5: Depart Belize

Morning:

  • Depart villa by 11 am for charter flight to BZE.

  • Depart to your city of origin.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Travel to Belize requires a passport valid for six months that does not expire on or before November 8, 2025.

  • When you pay your deposit, you may opt to pay in full or pay monthly using our payment plan option.

  • If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan option. You can opt-out of this program by emailing vena@venacrichlow.com.

  • If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will make payment on the same date each month until paid in full. Full payment is due by March 1, 2025.

  • Failure to make full payment by this date will result in cancellation of your reservation.

  • All information and instructions regarding travel will be sent via email at least 14 days prior to departure.

  • We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip. 

  • Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Phillip W.  Goldson Airport in Belize City, Belize (BZE) , before 2 pm, May 8, 2025.

  • Check out of the villa is at 11 am, Monday, May 12, 2025.

  • It is the travelers’ responsibility to notify us of all email/phone/address changes. Notification should be made via email to vena@venacrichlow.com.

  • In order to arrange your airport transfer, we ask that you purchase your roundtrip flight to Belize City (BZE) before February 28, 2025. If not, we cannot guarantee transportation from the airport to San Pedro.

  • Once you purchase your flight, you should email your flight information to vena@ venacrichlow.com with your name in the subject line, so we can ensure transportation is scheduled to transfer you to the hotel.

  • Making reservations for this luxury wellness experience signifies your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
